EMC EU declaration of conformity -DOC自我声明

EMC电磁兼容指令2014/30/EU 附录IV关于DOC自我声明的详细要求如下：

EUdeclaration of conformity (No Xxxx) ( 1 ) 要有文件编号

1.Apparatus model/Product (product, type, batch or serialnumber):

仪器型号/产品(产品、型号、批号或序列号)

2. Nameand address of the manufacturer or his authorised representative:：

制造商或其授权代表的名称和地址

3. Thisdeclaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibilityof the manufacturer.

本合格声明由制造商全权负责

4.Object of the declaration (identification of apparatus allowingtraceability; it may include a colour image of sufficient claritywhere necessary for the identification of theapparatus)

申报对象(可追溯仪器的标识;如有必要，可包括足够清晰的彩色图像以识别仪器)

5. Theobject of the declaration described above is in conformity with therelevant Union harmonisation legislation:

上述声明的目的符合有关的欧盟协调立法

6.References to the relevant harmonised standards used, including thedate of the standard, or references to the other technicalspecifications, including the date of the specification, inrelation to which conformity is declared: ：
